In-Home Field Sales Pro (Uncapped Commission)

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives, known as Certified Field Inspectors (CFIs), to diagnose home issues and present repair options during in‑home visits.

You will work with pre‑qualified leads, earn uncapped commissions, participate in regional training, and have access to company-provided leads and a path for advancement within a growth‑focused, employee‑owned culture.
