In-Home Behavioral Therapist (0078-0006)

In Holyoke, MA, work with predominantly Latino youth under 21 years of age with severe emotional disorders and their families in the home treating challenging behaviors that interfere with the youth's successful functioning. The In-Home Behavioral Therapist will implement a behavioral assessment and develop a highly specific behavioral treatment plan in order to diminish, extinguish, or improve specific behaviors related to the youth’s behavioral health conditions. Supervise and coordinate interventions and training to address specific behavioral objectives or performance goals, will complete Behavioral Health Assessments, outcome scales (e.g.: CANS), screening and other required documentation as needed including monthly and/or quarterly progress reports. Develop therapeutic treatment plans for the duration of the intervention. Provide direct clinical interventions to individuals and families. Maintain client records in compliance with program, Gandara and State regulations. Work with kids in the Autism Spectrum and providing intervention using the ABA model.

Education and Experience Requirements

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, or the equivalent as determined by a credential evaluation agency, and one year of experience as a Therapist or related
