They provide regular status updates through reports and meetings, lead high-level steering committee meetings, and act as a trusted client relationship manager. Additionally, they own a client's Operational readiness, ensuring a smooth transition to BAU.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage detailed project plansGenerate PMO dashboard on a periodic basisChair steering committee meetings with C-level client decision-makersGenerate key project artifacts: project charter, change controls, sign-offsManage and report on resource allocation for assigned projectsServe as a trusted client relationship manager, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiriesEnsure execution of operational readiness in the transition from implementation to BAURequirementsRequired Experience and Education:5+ years' relevant experience as financial services software implementationFinancial Services Experience (Investment, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, etc).Consulting experience.Securities or financial markets experience.Bachelor's or master's in finance or accountingRequired Skills:Prior experience implementing large scale programsProject management and planningTrack record of delivering projects on time and on budget.Ability to seek out, recommend and implement continuous service improvements within the project timeline (and future projects).Exposure to investment accounting software solutions.Expert Technical skills in project management tools.Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and Fintech solutions.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Exceptional problem-solving abilities.Proven experience implementing software solutions in Asset Management and/or Insurance space.
