Focusing on the implementation of new contracts for Complex Claims and EBO service lines, the full-time Implementations Manager will manage client relationships, conduct implementation meetings, and ensure timely process setups while working collaboratively with hospital staff. Key responsibilities Manage the implementation of contracts from small to large scale clients, ensuring timely process setups Conduct implementation meetings and address client issues promptly to maintain positive client relations Provide updated implementation plans and ensure smooth transitions from implementation to operations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required 3-5 years of Medicaid/Medicare experience 2-4 years of experience leading meetings and interacting with client contacts Experience with hospital systems such as STAR, EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech Hospital revenue cycle experience
