Managing the implementation of new contracts for small to large scale clients, the full-time Implementations Manager will focus on Complex Claims and EBO service lines, ensuring timely processes, addressing client issues, and maintaining positive client relations in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Collaborate with employees and hospital staff to establish implementation processes efficiently Conduct implementation meetings with Client Leadership and provide updated project plans Identify opportunities to enhance the client's revenue cycle process and promote service lines Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required 3-5 years of Medicaid/Medicare experience 2-4 years of experience leading meetings and conducting presentations Experience with hospital systems such as STAR, EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech Proven track record of managing multiple teams across different regions
