Leading the implementation and onboarding function for a portfolio of college and university partnerships, the full-time remote Implementation Team Lead will manage multiple concurrent projects, supervise partner operations managers, and develop repeatable project plans while ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end portfolio management for new partner implementations, coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing up to 10 concurrent projects Supervise two partner operations managers, guiding them on best practices for timely and successful service delivery Develop and maintain a risk management framework to anticipate stakeholder needs and keep projects on schedule and within scope Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or account support role with project leadership experience Experience leading project managers or implementation teams Familiarity with project management practices and tools; CAPM certification is a plus Experience with student and higher education data, and proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM
