To support a growing outsourced accounting firm, the full-time Implementation Staff Accountant will clean up and standardize new clients' QuickBooks Online files, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements, all in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Clean up and standardize new clients' QuickBooks Online files Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and other balance sheet accounts Prepare accurate financial statements and assist with software implementations Required qualifications Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably within public accounting or outsourced environments Strong QuickBooks Online experience; QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification is preferred Solid understanding of reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end accounting processes Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
