If you have hands-on experience with POS systems and enjoy working directly with clients to bring solutions to life, this role is for you. You simplify technology for others and thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment.What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you'll be delivering tailored POS solutions to our clients. You'll collaborate with sales teams, management, vendors, and clients to analyze business needs and translate them into effective system configurations.Analyze, program/configure, test, and document POS systems/softwareProvide knowledge and proficiency in POS software, operating systems, and networksEffectively and efficiently manage every installation project assigned, within the scope of work, to ensure quality client service and satisfaction.Effectively train clients in POS functionality.Willingness and ability to travel as needed, including occasional overnight staysWhat We're Looking ForPOS system integration and implementation experience preferredExperience in retail, hospitality, or grocery environments preferredFamiliarity with NCR ENCOR systems is a plusWorking knowledge of POS systems and strong analytical skills preferredExcellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening), with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities requiredWhy North Country?Hybrid schedule – Remote flexibility when not traveling to client sites after training periodTrue Ownership – After 6 months, become an associate-owner through our ESOP and share in company successCollaborative, servant - leadership culture – your voice is heard and your contributions matterIf you're ready to take your POS expertise to the next level, we'd love to hear from you.Ready to Make the Leap?Send us your resume — no cover letter needed.
