This role is critical in enabling scalable, high-quality launches by providing in-store support for testing, training reinforcement, and launch execution. The Implementation Specialist works closely with Implementation and Operations teams to ensure carts are fully functional, store teams are supported, and launches are set up for success. This role is designed to provide local, in-market support for deployment execution, complementing the Implementation team's focus on site visits and training.
This is a 3 month contract position.About the JobIn-Store Execution SupportSupport end-to-end testing of Caper Carts to ensure full functionality ahead of launchAssist with cart setup, staging, and validation to ensure readiness for customer useExecute key in-store tasks aligned to deployment timelines and checklistsLaunch & Post-Launch SupportProvide on-site support during launch to troubleshoot issues in real timeAssist customers and store teams with Caper Cart usage as neededReinforce best practices to drive early adoption and smooth customer experienceTraining ReinforcementSupport Implementation team by reinforcing training with store associatesHelp ensure store teams are confident in core workflows (checkout flow, cart usage, troubleshooting basics)Assist with "train-the-trainer" execution where applicableOperational ExcellenceMaintain cart readiness, including charging, cleanliness, and proper placementIdentify and escalate issues related to hardware, software, or store operationsProvide feedback to Implementation and Operations teams on store performance and opportunities for improvementCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Implementation Managers and Ops Leads to execute deployment plansSupport communication between store teams and internal stakeholders during launch, including across multiple deployment locations as needed.Adapt to evolving deployment strategies and support continuous improvement effortsAbout YouMinimum QualificationsYou are hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environmentsYou are comfortable working independently while staying aligned with a broader teamYou enjoy working directly with store teams and customers to solve problemsYou take ownership of your work and contribute to successful, high-quality launchesExperience in retail, field operations, or customer-facing rolesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, in-store environmentComfortable with light technical troubleshooting and learning new toolsAbility to travel in-market (within 2.5 hours) regularlyFlexibility to travel out-of market (within U.S.) up to 40% of the timePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting retail technology or in-store deploymentsFamiliarity with training or onboarding store teamsPrior experience in contractor or field-based rolesHourly Rate - $40-$46/hour
