As our Implementation Project Manager, you will be the face of Brivity for every new client, the project lead who keeps every stakeholder aligned, and the quality bar that ensures nothing slips through the cracks. You communicate proactively, not reactively, and your clients always know where things stand.

You can direct a team, manage competing priorities, and spot a risk before it becomes a problem. You are comfortable working across multiple functions at once — Launch Tech, MLS, Import, Design — without losing the thread on any of them. You are organized, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure.

And when a process isn't working, you don't just flag it — you fix it.Own the client experience throughout onboarding, serving as the primary point of contact and maintaining proactive, timely communication at every stage — including the initial intro call and regular progress updatesConsistently meet core onboarding KPIs, including a 14 to 21 day launch timeline, 90%+ client satisfaction (CSAT), and error-free launchesOwn and maintain the client's Arrows onboarding plan, keeping every phase, task, and internal milestone accurate and current from kickoff through go-liveDirect the Launch Technician's daily workload, adjusting priorities as needed, and inspect their QA process to ensure accurate, on-time deliveryManage the full contact data import process, from gathering client files and business information through data cleanup, Import team coordination, and client reviewComplete compliance requirements on the client's behalf in a timely mannerCoordinate MLS approval and website or design requests, translating requirements into clear client-facing guidance and ensuring the final product meets quality expectationsIdentify at-risk accounts early and proactively implement solutions based on client feedback to reduce churn and keep onboarding on trackPartner with the leadership team to build and maintain process and training documentation, and to identify and implement improvements that enhance the customer experienceOther duties as assignedExperience in project management, client onboarding, implementation, or customer success, ideally within a SaaS or real estate technology environmentWorking knowledge of CRM platforms with the ability to learn new software tools quicklyExperience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously against defined timelinesWell-developed verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-first toneStrong organizational skills, effective multitasking ability, and the capacity to prioritize workload based on urgencyStrong ability to identify patterns across accounts and apply sound judgment to adapt quickly to changing client needsComfort working across cross-functional teams — including Launch Tech, MLS, Import, and Design — to keep projects movingSalary Range: $60,000-$70,000/year depending on experienceWe believe people do their best work when they're trusted, supported, and surrounded by others who are equally driven.
