Implementation Project ManagerAn Implementation Project Manager's role is to guide clients through a successful implementation of eMDs software. This is accomplished through superior communication, organization, and planning. Essential duties and responsibilities include:Plans, coordinates, and tracks new customer implementation from the sales process through 30 days post go-live to ensure the successful introduction to eMDsTypically manages 12 to 18 small practice accounts simultaneously ranging from 1-5 providersServes as the main point of contact for the office staff during implementation phaseCoordinates efforts, timelines and services specific to individual client implementationsDevelops and maintains customer relationship through various communication methods during the process of implementationConsults with customer to ascertain and define workflow needs, and determine implementation scopeConducts assessment of needs and issues that arise during implementation then advises the client on solutionsInterdepartmental communication of the customer's unique implementation requirements and issuesAddress and facilitates resolution of escalated customer related issues in a timely fashion by identifying/assessing the issue and seeking assistance from the appropriate resourcesUtilize Project Management best practices to drive and further develop methodology for each assigned projectTracks all Project Management time used by each customer through online CRM systemClearly communicate expectations and collaborate effectively with technical, support and training departments within eMDs to exceed client expectations in implementation of eMDs softwareQualifications:Must have a general understanding of a physician office including clinical knowledge, office work flow, appointment scheduling, medical insurance billing, and collectionsExcellent organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsEffective time management skillsMust be a highly motivated person that can work independently as well as being part of a teamProficient working with MS Office Suite of products including but not limited to Word, Excel, SharePointWorking knowledge of healthcare industry, especially acute care services and physician office workflowAbility to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical and problem solving skills and strong attention to detailBasic understanding of medical and technical terminologyEducation and Experience:Associates degree preferably in a healthcare related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceLanguage Skills:Employees are required to speak, read and write EnglishPhysical Demands / Work Environment:All employees must be able to lift 50lbsFull Benefits
