As an Implementation Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our technology, ensuring seamless integrations and long‑term success. You’ll work closely with merchants ranging in size from mid‑market through enterprise, and operate cross functionally across go‑to‑market, product, and engineering. - 3-5+ years of experience in implementation, technical account management, or customer onboarding—especially in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
- A customer‑first mindset, with a passion for making complex solutions feel simple and intuitive.
- Technical fluency, including experience working with APIs, SDKs, system integrations, and financial technology solutions (coding experience is not required but is a plus).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to connect with clients across industries and levels of technical expertise.
- Project management experience, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
