We are seeking a skilled Implementation Manager to lead healthcare technology implementations and integrations for Cinnamon’s customers. This role partners closely with customers, engineering, product, operations, and third-party vendors to manage HL7 interfaces and SFTP integrations from planning through go-live. You will oversee project timelines, coordinate testing and troubleshooting, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure accurate, secure data exchange. The ideal candidate combines healthcare IT and project management expertise with strong problem-solving, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ yrs experience in healthcare IT, system integration, or technical project management
- Experience managing JIRA/Smartsheet boards (or equivale) and Agile workflows for tracking healthcare IT implementations
- PMP or PMI equivalent certification demonstrating Project Management proficiency
- Knowledge of healthcare data workflows (ex. Patient, Orders, Billing)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in system integration scenarios
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and data privacy standards
