Implementation Consultant SrThe Implementation Consultant Sr is a client-facing role responsible for guiding customers through the full lifecycle of compensation cycle product implementations. This position focuses on executing established project processes, configuring systems, and advising clients on best practices rather than building new workflows from scratch. The consultant will manage multiple client engagements (approximately 25–30 annually), ensuring timelines are met while maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
Day-to-day responsibilities include project management, system configuration, client training, and cross-functional collaboration with internal product, success, and support teams.
