n The Technical Consultant (TC) will use our client's rapid development technology to implement our client's anti-fraud, AML-CTR and Case Management solutions. The TC will be responsible for installing/configuring/optimizing and documenting processes around our client's applications. TC will work under guidance from solutions architect and senior consultants but will be expected to suggest efficient solutions utilizing data centric JEE technologies. This is client facing position on implementation projects with major US Banks. Excellent communication and technical/ design documentation skills are required.n

n JOB DESCRIPTIONn n

n Implementations and Consultingn

n - Implementations including: Installation and configuration of our client's products/applications, conducting technical training on installation and maintenance of our client's systems, writing customer facing & technical documentationn

n - Tomcat configurationsn

n - Bug fixes and troubleshootingn

n - Creating Workflow, Reporting and ETL processes including design documentation and requirements documents.n

n - The Anti-Fraud / AML-CTR platform implementation process will include an understanding of:n

n o Enterprise Java deployments in Tomcat, and Cloud environmentsn

n o Deployment of MS SQL Servern

n o Enterprise Java programming including Spring, Angular, and web-servicesn

n o Writing relational database queries and SQL query optimizationn

n - Manipulation of data using SQL to create data migration and trouble-shooting scriptsn

n - Work in a team environment with System Architect and project management team and other consultants following our client's project methodologyn

n - Communicate with our client's support staff on all technology related project mattersn

n - Issue management and triage, including following problems thru to conclusion and escalating custom facing items.n

n - Delivering superior service and communications both internally and to customers.n
