Implementation Consultant

To support client transitions, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant will manage client onboarding, execute implementation plans, and drive operational readiness by translating requirements into effective solutions for property and casualty account servicing.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into process designs and support solution configuration while facilitating training and documentation
• Act as the primary point of contact during client onboarding, leading kickoff meetings and guiding stakeholders through the change management process
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure alignment on system configurations and workflow dependencies for operational readiness

Required qualifications

• Direct experience in property and casualty policy servicing workflows within an agency, broker, or carrier environment
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in a client-facing implementation consultant or project management role within insurance operations
• Proven ability to manage complex B2B projects, ideally in retail or wholesale insurance operations
• Strong client-facing communication skills with a collaborative mindset to balance client demands and internal considerations
