Driving customer success, the full-time hybrid Implementation Analyst will manage new customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, focusing on system configuration, requirements gathering, and administrator training while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Manage new customer implementations, including requirements gathering, technical platform configuration, and training Serve as the technical point of contact for customers deploying the Esper platform and guide them through the implementation process Translate customer workflows and operational requirements into scalable configurations, ensuring best practices are followed Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in software implementation consulting or related fields Experience configuring or deploying workflow-based SaaS platforms in a Professional Services environment Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables Familiarity with ETL tools, data migration, and report creation is highly desirable Genuine interest in public policy and technology's role in government operations
