Implementation Analyst Opportunity in Mason, OH

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute implementation initiatives, including hardware and software deployments.
- Manage project tracking, issue management, data validation, and testing support.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business partners to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide post-go-live support and training to ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT implementations, technology deployments, or infrastructure rollouts.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise networking environments, including Cisco and/or Meraki equipment.
- Proficiency in supporting iOS/iPad devices through MDM solutions like Intune, JAMF, or Workspace ONE.
- Strong network troubleshooting skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and field technicians during installations and migrations.
Preferences:
- Experience in retail store environments.
- Familiarity with Meraki MX, MS, and MR product lines.
- Experience with POS, payment devices, and store technology.
- Basic knowledge of cloud networking and SaaS application support.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Meraki ECMS, or CompTIA Network+.
