Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring RBTs to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement tailored behavior plans created by supervising BCBAs and collect progress data in real time.
Candidates should hold an active RBT certificate, a high school diploma, and have reliable transportation. A bachelor’s degree in psychology or education is a plus, with strong communication and a passion for helping families.
