Eliot is seeking an Engagement Counselor to join the PATH Team within Homeless Services. You will conduct street outreach, provide engagement activities, crisis intervention, and clinical assessment to connect adults with serious mental illness to treatment, housing, and supportive resources.
You will work closely with teams and community partners to link individuals to housing, services, and entitlements, following Housing First and harm-reduction approaches.
