Impactful Missions & Admin Leader

Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary is looking for a Missions & Admin Team Leader to guide CCC members on mission while managing church administrative functions. This full-time role reports to the Lead Pastor and involves overseeing mission activities, maintaining partner relationships, and managing the missions budget.

The candidate will also supervise administrative duties including facilities, finances, and volunteer coordination, ensuring effective data management and technology use.
