Impact Director, Housing & Wellness Programs

The Jericho Project in New York seeks a Program Director to lead site operations, supervise staff, and ensure ongoing, culturally competent case management for clients with mental illness and substance use histories.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work, at least five years of relevant experience, strong supervisory skills, and knowledge of Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and Housing First approaches. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
