Supporting the Producer Solutions Operations business remotely, the full-time IMPACT Coding Processor will build and maintain producer hierarchies within the IMPACT system, ensuring accurate reporting and compensation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key responsibilities Build producer hierarchies in the IMPACT system for proper reporting and payment Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather complex information Identify and research issues while suggesting process improvements for efficiency Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED, or minimum Associate degree in lieu of experience 2-3 years of client customer support and operations experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to navigate multiple systems/databases/platforms Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs
