Immunohematology Reference Laboratory Technologist Supervisor / IRL Supervisor in IdahoAs an IRL Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the reference laboratory, supervise staff performing basic and advanced test procedures, interpret complex test results, and ensure donor/recipient compatibility. You will provide guidance to resolve compatibility issues, offer reference and consultation services to hospitals and transfusion facilities, and supply antigen-negative units to transfusion recipients. Demonstrating exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills, and a positive professional image are key aspects of this role.$80,000/year - $100,000 depending on experienceDay shift, Monday-Friday with flexible start and end times based on operational needs.
