Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in White Plains, NY. As an Immigration Paralegal you will be responsible for assisting attorneys in preparing and filing immigration Court filings and documents, conducting legal research, and maintaining constant client communication. You will also provide support in preparing motions, forms, filings, affidavits, petitions, and other legal documents, as well as managing case files and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of immigration law and removal cases, asylum filings and court procedures
- Experience in preparing and filing immigration documents and petitions with USCIS
- Excellent organizational and time management xzgxqkn skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in legal writing
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work on deadlines and effectively communicate with clients and managers
