Law Offices of Mary Kennedy is seeking a dedicated and experienced U.S. Immigration Attorney to join our growing legal team.
With over 20 years of experience in U.S. immigration law, our firm assists individuals, families, and businesses with personalized immigration solutions.
Position: Immigration Attorney
Work Mode: On-Site
Experience: 3+ years
Location: Schaumburg, Illinois
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities- Handle employment-based and family-based immigration matters.
- Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions and applications.
- Respond to RFEs, NOIDs, and other USCIS communications.
- Provide legal consultations and develop case strategies.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on immigration laws and policy changes.
- Collaborate with paralegals and case management teams to ensure timely and accurate filings.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Experience handling U.S. immigration cases, preferably employment-based immigration.
- Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.
- Work with an established U.S. immigration law firm.
- Gain exposure to diverse and complex immigration matters.
