Job Title: Immigration Attorney or Legal Assistant

Growing immigration firm looking to hire an immigration attorney.

Responsibilities:

• Attending in-person and virtual court hearings
• Providing immigration legal services

Qualifications:

• Bar admission in any U.S. state (NY preferred, but other states acceptable; pending admission upon proof of bar passage is okay)
• Experience in immigration law (preferred)
• Spanish language skills (preferred)
• Ability to travel to courts (vehicle or public transit)
• Flexible full or part-time hybrid schedule (in office and remote)

Consideration for newly admitted attorneys and those pending admission is welcomed.
