Duties
- Provide expert legal advice on employment-based immigration matters.
- Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Conduct detailed evaluations of immigration law knowledge.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in employment-based immigration law.
- Proficiency in IV and NIV processes, including H-1B, L-1 A/B, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3 cases.
- Experience with EB-5 cases preferred.
- Ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively.
Education & Certifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in any U.S. state.
