Position: Immigration Attorney (Remote)

• Location: Remote (must work on EST hours; travel required 2–4 times/month)
• Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 + performance-based bonuses
• Experience Level: 5–10 years
• Practice Area: Federal Immigration – Family Petitions, Humanitarian Petitions, Immigration Litigation (Removal Defense)

The firm focuses on cases that free individuals from circumstances like trafficking or domestic abuse—seeing them not as victims, but as ordinary people who deserve to live beyond constraint.

Who We’re Looking For:

Our client is seeking an experienced immigration attorney with:

• 5–10 years of immigration law experience (including federal litigation, family-based petitions, humanitarian petitions, and removal defense).
• A track record of tenure and reliability, not job-hopping.
• Someone mature, motivated, and ready to grow with a mission-aligned firm.
• The ability to handle a steady caseload with quality over quantity.

This is a federal practice, so candidates do not need to be licensed in New York. Must be able to work on Eastern Time regardless of location.

• No billable hours model — instead, a manageable expectation of 30+ cases per week, with flexibility to handle more if desired.
• Remote position, with required travel 2–4 times per month for hearings and trials.
• Emphasis on accuracy and efficiency — quality of work is as important as output.

Compensation:

• Fee structure available for any cases you originate
• Performance-based bonus tied to weekly case output (minimum 10 per week) and error rate
• Demonstrates long-term commitment in previous roles
• Motivated to grow and build with a meaningful organization
