The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience managing PERM labor certifications and I-140 petitions from initiation through final adjudication.Job Responsibilities• Manage employment-based green card matters, including EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions.
• Prepare and file PERM Labor Certification applications.
• Draft and file I-140 Immigrant Petitions.
• Prepare National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, when applicable.

• Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs).
• Work directly with HR representatives and corporate stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and USCIS regulations.
• Monitor priority dates and assist with adjustment of status strategy.Qualifications• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing (California preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of employment-based immigration law experience.
• Demonstrated experience with:

• I-140 Immigrant Petitions
• EB-1 Petitions
• EB-2 Petitions (NIW experience preferred)
• EB-3 Petitions
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
