The ideal candidate will have broad experience in employment-based cases, including labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.Responsibilities:Handle a variety of employment-based immigration cases.Prepare and file labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.Provide excellent client service and case management.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.Collaborate with clients to develop immigration strategies.Qualifications:Five to ten years of experience in business immigration law.Broad experience with labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.Excellent writing skills.Strong client service and case management abilities.Enthusiasm for client service and initiative.Salary: The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $180,000.
