Manages mobile devices (smart phones and tablets) by maintaining inventory, coordinates issuing devices to new staff, troubleshooting issues encountered by users.Coordinates facility re-cabling to support agency transformation and server room relocationPBX and VOIP telecommunications system by troubleshooting issues, coordinating with vendors to correct problems as they occur.Installs and configures VOIP phones and voicemail for staff as needed.QualificationsNetwork Engineer 2: 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
