Job Description

EXPERIENCED CLASS A TRUCK DRIVER

Global Modular, Inc. specializes in manufacturing and refurbishing commercial and educational modular buildings at our facility in Atwater, CA.

We are looking for an Experienced Class A Truck Driver to transport our modular buildings to locations throughout California.

SKILLS:

• Transport Regular and Oversize Loads (Height, Width, Length)
• On-the-Job training for any specialty skills

ABILITY TO:

• Coordinate with inhouse Transportation Permit liaison
• Occasional overnight using your trucks sleeper
• Read printed and online maps
• Read Transportation Permits
• Timely communicate maintenance and repair concerns
• Maintain Logbook
• Drive maximum hours allowable
• Adjust truck and trailer brakes a Plus

LICENSING:

• Class A Driver’s License

SALARY: Commensurate with Experience
