Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images for healthcare professionals
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and the interdisciplinary team to facilitate accurate diagnoses
- Properly position patients and calibrate imaging equipment for the best results
- Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues alike
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date records, including imaging logs and necessary equipment maintenance
- Provide empathetic patient care throughout the imaging experience
- Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Completion of an accredited imaging program
- ARRT certification (Radiography and/or CT)
- Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within three months of hire
- Familiarity with diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
- Exceptional communication abilities with patients and team members
