Your Responsibilities Include
- Leveraging advanced radiographic and CT techniques to generate high-resolution diagnostic images for physician review
- Partnering with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to guarantee precise diagnostics
- Carefully positioning patients and fine-tuning equipment settings for optimal results
- Maintaining stringent radiation safety protocols for the wellbeing of patients and staff alike
- Keeping meticulous records, including imaging logs and routine equipment maintenance
- Delivering empathetic patient care throughout each imaging session
- Fostering a secure, organized, and efficient imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is encouraged
- Graduation from an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire
- Strong grasp of imaging procedures and safety regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with both patients and interdisciplinary colleagues
