Your Responsibilities Include
- Utilizing radiographic and CT techniques to secure top-notch diagnostic images for physician review
- Collaborating closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure precise diagnoses
- Carefully positioning patients and fine-tuning equipment settings for the best imaging outcomes
- Following strict radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and staff
- Maintaining meticulous records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
- Providing patient-centered care throughout the imaging journey
- Contributing to a safe and efficiently organized imaging department
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
- Current BLS certification or ability to secure within 90 days of hire
- Deep knowledge of diagnostic imaging guidelines and safety protocols
- Adept communication abilities with patients and multidisciplinary team members
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with adaptability to shifting priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
