Your Essential Responsibilities
- Utilize CT and radiographic technologies to acquire high-definition diagnostic images for physician review
- Work in collaboration with radiologists and healthcare professionals to facilitate accurate assessments
- Position patients accurately and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal results
- Implement rigorous radiation safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues
- Keep thorough records, including imaging logs and maintenance schedules
- Deliver compassionate patient care throughout the imaging process
- Promote a safe, well-organized, and efficient imaging area
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Must have graduated from an accredited radiology program
- Active ARRT certification (in CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or obtainability within 90 days of employment
- Adept in diagnostic imaging procedures and safety standards
- Exceptional communication skills for interaction with patients and interdisciplinary team members
