Your Responsibilities
- Expertly apply radiographic and CT techniques to acquire top-quality diagnostic images for physician review
- Team up with radiologists and medical personnel to support precise diagnoses and patient care
- Accurately position patients and adjust equipment for optimal image quality
- Follow stringent safety protocols to protect both patients and staff from radiation exposure
- Keep meticulous records, including imaging logs and maintenance of equipment
- Foster a caring atmosphere throughout the imaging experience
- Continue to enhance a safe, well-organized, and streamlined imaging process
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Graduation from an accredited radiology program is required
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is required
- Current BLS certification, or the ability to acquire it within 90 days of hire
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety procedures
- Exemplary communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary team members
