Imaging/Radiology Manager

Seeking an experienced Manager of Imaging and Radiology to lead a large multidisciplinary department in a modern healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Managing operations, budgets, supply orders, and workflow improvements across modalities like CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, X-ray, and more.
• Overseeing 60-75% of departmental staff, conducting performance reviews, and supporting employee development.
• Handling equipment management, troubleshooting failures, and ensuring smooth resource access.
• Monitoring exam volumes and access, submitting business and capital cases, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize patient care.

Qualifications Include

• Minimum five years as a radiologic technologist and three years in a supervisory role.
• Educational requirements: accredited imaging program graduate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant licenses/certifications in nuclear medicine, sonography, radiology, or nuclear medicine technology.

• Knowledge of hospital regulations, accreditation, and managed care systems.
• Strong staff recruitment, mentorship, and performance management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
• Financial management expertise.
