Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing operations, budgets, supply orders, and workflow improvements across modalities like CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, X-ray, and more.
- Overseeing 60-75% of departmental staff, conducting performance reviews, and supporting employee development.
- Handling equipment management, troubleshooting failures, and ensuring smooth resource access.
- Monitoring exam volumes and access, submitting business and capital cases, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize patient care.
Qualifications Include
- Minimum five years as a radiologic technologist and three years in a supervisory role.
- Educational requirements: accredited imaging program graduate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant licenses/certifications in nuclear medicine, sonography, radiology, or nuclear medicine technology.
