Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Imaging/Radiology Manager! Relocation!
- Provides system-level leadership for radiology and medical imaging quality management, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and accreditation compliance across imaging services.
- Responsible for the design, implementation, and sustainment of standardized quality and safety programs across all imaging modalities and sites.
- Manager oversees accreditation and regulatory activities, ensures continuous readiness for internal and external reviews, as well as performance measurement, risk mitigation, and corrective action planning.
- Partners closely with radiology leadership, medical directors, physicists, and system quality teams to align imaging operations with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and best practices.
- Functions as a key member of the radiology leadership team and supports strategic planning, performance improvement, and culture of safety initiatives across the enterprise.
- Reports to the Director of Radiology Services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in radiology or imaging services required
- Previous experience in Radiology Quality support and initiatives required
- ARRT, ARDMS, ARMRIT, or NMTCB certification required
- Multi-modality certification preferred
