Supporting client review processes, the full-time salaried IMACC Analyst will perform basic certificate of insurance reviews, gain proficiency in key systems, and ensure timely task completion while working remotely. Key responsibilities Execute basic certificate reviews with a focus on accuracy and completeness Gain proficiency in systems such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, TrustLayer, and myCOI to support daily tasks Develop effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet departmental turnaround times Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn internal systems quickly Basic knowledge of General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Umbrella insurance policies preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines
