The ILS Network Manager oversees the coordination, quality assurance, and performance of Independent Living Skills (ILS) services across the network. This role collaborates with PASRR, the Network Director of Provider Services, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain regulatory compliance, continuity of care, and effective service delivery. The ILS Network Manager is accountable for staff performance, program outcomes, and overall ILS program operations. The role directly supervises the ILS Team Lead and ILS Habilitator, ensuring services comply with PASRR requirements, agency standards, and person-centered practices.
Defined Education: Health and Human Services Field
Preferences: Three (3) years of health and human services direct care experience
Years’ Experience: Five (5) years
Defined Experience: Health and Human Services field; experience working with direct care
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver’s License
Supervisory Experience: Two (2) years
