Illustrator

Ready for your next move? TechInnovate is seeking an Illustrator to drive results in Juneau, AK. A contract Illustrator post in Juneau that values Communication over 5 years, pays $106,000 - $147,000, and never boxes you in.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade quick wins for slow-to-anger fixes when the math favors patience
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet
• Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality
• Follow safety protocols and best practices at all times
• Notice when a general metric is lying and dig in
• Surface risks early, loudly, and with a proposed fix attached

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years owning outcomes, not just completing tasks
• The discipline to finish the boring 20% that makes the rest matter
• The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating
• Comfort with the contract cadence of a Juneau-based operation
• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• A communicator who writes the meeting recap nobody asked for but everyone reads
