To support a growing practice, the full-time Illinois Licensed Virtual Therapist will conduct individual and group therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on mood, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders Complete clinical paperwork and administrative tasks, including treatment plans and progress notes for each patient Attend treatment team meetings to coordinate patient care and provide training to less experienced teammates Required qualifications Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Independent mental health license required to practice individual therapy in Illinois At least 2 years of experience managing individual and/or family caseloads, with documented success in treatment Experience facilitating individual and family therapy sessions Familiarity with telehealth technology and ability to adapt to new software quickly
