To support the Saint Francis Medical Center Behavioral Health Partial Hospitalization Program & Intensive Outpatient Program, the part-time Illinois Licensed Virtual Psychiatrist will conduct psychiatric assessments and provide ongoing care to patients, working remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Key responsibilities Oversee psychiatric and psychological assessments for patients in the PHP/IOP Provide ongoing weekly care and support throughout patients' participation in the program Collaborate with on-site Behavioral Health Therapists and nurses in a team-based environment Required qualifications Physician licensed to practice medicine in Illinois Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty Eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs Meets all qualifications for professional malpractice and liability coverage participation
