To support a growing practice, the remote Illinois Licensed Therapist will provide therapy-focused services to clients, set their own hours, and manage a flexible caseload in a contract role with no marketing required. Key responsibilities Conduct live video sessions and provide asynchronous care to clients Manage intake and discharge processes for clients while maintaining documentation Work independently with provided clients, focusing on therapy without claims or billing tasks Required qualifications Active Illinois state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) CAQH number for independent practice capability Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access Commitment to providing therapy-focused services without engaging in marketing or outreach Willingness to average 30 hours per week for health stipend eligibility (for full-time caseloads)
