Providing individual therapy through a telehealth platform, the part-time Illinois Licensed Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) will manage patient assessments, collaborate with clinical teams, and maintain detailed documentation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide individual therapy via synchronous video sessions to adults with diverse mental health conditions Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, developing and implementing therapeutic interventions based on treatment goals Participate in treatment team meetings and maintain timely clinical documentation in accordance with policies Required qualifications Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program Active state license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD, or PsyD) upon hire Minimum of 2 years of therapy experience, particularly with the trans and queer community Previous telehealth experience Commitment to the FOLX mission and Informed Consent Model of Care
