To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, a full-time Illinois Licensed Social Worker will manage client care and treatment planning while working remotely with a Monday to Friday schedule. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient mental health services to clients via telehealth Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments Utilize technology effectively for communication and patient care management Required qualifications Master's level degree in social work and current Illinois licensure Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
