Offering a full-time opportunity for an Illinois Licensed Remote Therapist, this position focuses on delivering outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity populations while operating in a fully remote environment with minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy with defined session lengths and consistent caseloads Make independent treatment decisions and manage scheduling within operational guidelines Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive full operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload and practicing in a fast-paced environment Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
