Illinois Licensed Recovery Counselor

Providing clinical intervention for members with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and mental health disorders, the full-time Illinois Licensed Recovery Counselor will work remotely to co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups and deliver evidence-based services using telehealth platforms. Key responsibilities Co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups and support groups related to SUD topics Utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques in both group and individual formats Prepare documentation in accordance with organizational and state standards while completing evaluations for program enrollment Required qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field Independent clinical Illinois state licensure (LCSW or LMFT) is required At least one year of experience providing SUD services in an inpatient or outpatient setting Fluency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) skills Ability to manage crisis interventions remotely and facilitate therapeutic groups
